The primary objective of the National Frame Building Association is to grow the post-frame industry. To help achieve this objective, NFBA assisted in the production of a brief informational video for the Public Broadcasting System (PBS).

PBS does not air commercials, so often programs may not fill the entire time slot for a particular program. In the space between, independent PBS stations may run one of series of short programs called "Spotlight On."
