Do you know what your potential customers are reading about you?

Don't forget that NFBA web sites list your company information, based on what you send to us on our Member Service Forms. Go to www.nfba.org and click on the "Find a Builder," "Find a Supplier" or "Find a Designer" icons to review your company's listings. Search like you were a potential customer, and see if your company name shows up. See if any of your competitors' listings come up, and review what information they have submited to NFBA. Can you improve your listing and make sure that people who are looking for you will find you?

Next, go to the web site NFBA developed for our Post-Frame Market Inititative (PFMI) program, www.postframeadvantage.com. Can you find your company listed there, searching in the same manner under the "Resources" drop-down menu? If you are a builder, remember that you will only be listed on this site, which we developed specifically to grow the commercial post-frame construction market, if you submit a Builder Opt-in Form. If you're a supplier, also note that we now have many new product categories on both of our web sites that people may search and find you with - but they won't find you if you don't let us know how to update your listing using the new Supplier Service Form.

To update your listing, download and fax back to NFBA the appropriate form(s):

• Click here to download the Supplier Record of Service Form (this form changed drastically this year - fill it in if you haven't already)
• Click here to download the Design Professional Record of Service Form (Academic members also use this form)
