The excellent work of NFBA on behalf of all its members and our industry has never been as important as it is today. The NFBA Board of Directors serving you is dedicated to identifying the priorities and opportunities facing the industry and collaborating to develop solutions. These priorities and opportunities include a focus on the post-frame building industry as a whole and, more specifically, on the management of the association.
The NFBA Board of Directors has recently taken steps to review the products and services of the association’s current and potential service providers. This review has been in progress for more than a year and has resulted in decisions to engage several new service providers for NFBA and its members.
One change is that Hall-Erickson, Inc., has been engaged to work with Frame Building Expo exhibitors and sponsors. NFBA thanks C-1 for its superior service as our exhibit hall decorator for the 2019 Frame Building Expo and will be continuing that partnership.
Another change is that NFBA will be ending its partnership with Association Management Center and will be working with a new company, The Association Office, to handle general administration, publications, and membership services. Details on the new arrangement will be shared as soon as they are available.
As can be expected during periods of change, some interruptions in service may occur, and some details will be overlooked. We ask for your patience, understanding, and feedback as we seek to improve our overall service.
The quality and professionalism of our past service providers, partners, and management team have provided us this opportunity to advance. We look forward to the future, grateful for all that has been accomplished over the years.
On behalf of the association and its membership, I express our sincere gratitude to Jeff Henry, NFBA President, and the talented staff at the Association Management Center for their professionalism and impact on the success of our association. NFBA is confident in their support of our decision and the transition.
Chair, NFBA Board of Directors
