2017 Crew Foreman of the Year
Congratulations to the 2017 NFBA Crew Foreman of the Year - Bernie Strutz of Hartje Lumber in LaValle, Wisconsin.
Bernie began working for Hartje Lumber back in 1969 just after graduating from high school. Over his 47 years with the company, he was a foreman who mentored new employees, molding them into exceptional crews that built amazing structures.
“Not only is he an awesome employee, but he is a great friend to the Hartje family and his fellow workers,” said Mary Neary, who nominated Bernie.
