Building was built for Karnes Orchard, which was established in 1876 located in Hillsboro, OH. Building will be used in the production and sales of apple products. Along with the production and retail side, there are future plans for an entertainment venue.

Unique features:

Post and rafter design with 9/12 pitch roof. Oversized custom dormers and cupola. Custom Morton Alumasteel Diamond "M" Sliding Doors. Custom loft door to match sliding door. Turkey tail overhang. Freeze board trim in gable end walls to simulate a board and batten look using Hi-Rib steel panels.

Post-frame advantage:

Customer wanted post and rafter design in order to put in future loft, which will be used for storage and office space as business continues to grow with family.
