Best Practices for Participation in an OSHA Compliance Inspection” – This webinar will provide the participant the  most important aspects for participation in an OSHA compliance inspection. For example it is MOST important to have someone representing the company who understands the company’s rights during an inspection. Among the many other Do’s and Don’ts one should always determine the reason(s) for the inspection and limit the scope of the inspection to those reasons as they should provide the probable cause for the inspection. As the inspection proceeds DO NOT volunteer information. Answer the questions asked by the compliance officer and then stop talking. DO NOT lie to the compliance officer. There are many other good points for all employers to remember to get the best possible result from the inspection.
