NFBA offers strength through unity on both regional and national levels. Members have the opportunity to influence the post-frame industry locally and regionally through chapter involvement. They keep updated on the latest technology and design information via the National Association. NFBA activities and programs are guided by an active Board of Directors, which consist of Builder (Active) Members, Chapter Presidents, and members of the Supplier Division Council. The Association operates in accordance with its Constitution, which defines the scope and direction of efforts made on behalf of every member.

NFBA membership pays a significant return in growth of your business, via:

to be an NFBA Member
Do the math –membership pays more than it costs
If we help you sell just one building, aren’t your dues more than paid?
  1. The NFBA office frequently gets calls from people who are in search of a builder, design professional or supplier. Your membership automatically rewards you with customer referrals and provides a means for professional networking.

  4. NFBA offers free online access for NFBA members only to a state-of-the-art reference eLibrary, containing building codes, IBC, IRC, NFPA, UBC, SBC, BOCA, ANSI and more. Normally $1,379 annually, all yours free with NFBA membership. Also available via the NFBA web site, FREE online access for NFBA members to standards developed by the American Society of Agricultural Engineers (ASAE).  The minimum fee per company for online access to the ASAE Online Technical Library is normally $500 or more per year – but it’s yours free with NFBA membership.
  5. NFBA advocates for favorable OSHA safety regulations for post-frame builders, and provides safety materials and free safety, legal and technical advice you can use to comply with OSHA regulations and building codes.

  10. The Frame Building Expo, March 2-4, 2011, in Indianapolis, Indiana, will feature excellent networking and buying opportunities, plus the best programming available anywhere for post-frame industry professionals.
NFBA is always willing to take your call and we are eager to help you however possible. If you have any questions, please call 800/557-6957. Thank you for being a member!
